Ayrloom/Beak & Skiff
Location: Lafayette, NY (South of Syracuse)
Date: Thursday, September 25th
About the tour: Ayrloom is currently New York’s top-selling brand, born on the renowned apple orchards of Beak & Skiff. The over 100-year-old family orchard has become an agro-tourism destination for over 250,000 people each year for autumn apple picking, distillery visits, and concerts. The company’s success as a destination is only rivaled by their production innovation, becoming a nationwide distributor of their hard cider (1911), spirits, and now cannabis within the largest cannabinoid beverage facility in the country.
Participants will be at the orchard during peak season and have a chance to experience the unique opportunities cannabis has brought to NY’s agriculture industry through seeing, learning, and tasting across the Ayrloom’s campus.

Nowave Tour
Location: Rochester, NY
Date: Wednesday, October 22nd
About the tour: NoWave is a testament to the new opportunities that the cannabis industry has brought to New York. The company recently finished the building of a cutting-edge, 32,000 square foot processing facility in the heart of Rochester. Their team is focused on bringing large-scale products that meet the demands of New York’s diverse consumer base, including one of the only vegan gummies in the market.
Participants will “gown up” before entering the brand-new facility and tour their extraction, manufacturing, and packaging lines to learn more about what goes into creating consistent and quality products.
